Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or in a related technology field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience reviewing agreements and contracts in a technical environment. Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree, MBA, JD or other advanced degree. - 2 years of experience working with internet products and technologies. - Experience building AI agents and using AI agents for day-to-day work to help increase productivity - Experience drafting, negotiating and approving contracts. - Excellent investigative, problem-solving and presentation skills to executives, with good storytelling on impacts and value-adds.. - Excellent communication, leadership, management, collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment, and attention to detail, with the ability to operate in a fluid, dynamic environment.
