The Mission Descript is revolutionizing how traditional editing methodologies and AI technologies come together in every part of the creation process (recording, transcribing, editing, and sharing) to make it faster and easier than ever to create high quality content. About the team: Our Growth Engineering team is two years in, and the scope of work is real: we're building a repeatable sales motion and a self-serve motion in parallel—and we need people who can help us do both well. We're hiring two senior-to-staff engineers who are sharp enough to know which bets to take, fast enough to test them, and experienced enough to scale what works.
