Salary: $51,480 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: To support the training, adoption, and ongoing use of Pride’s existing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization collaboratively with internal stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Deliver engaging, in-person training sessions focused on practical AI use •Conduct group trainings, onboarding sessions, and one-on-one coaching •Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives •Identify areas in need of process improvement •Stay current on AI trends, models, and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights •Advise departments on AI adoption, tool selection, and implementation approaches •Guide departments in effective prompt engineering and workflow design •Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders •Develop training materials, user guides, and reference documentation •Promote responsible and ethical AI usage •Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management •Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training •Focus...
