We are seeking nurses who can work a rotating roster AM shift 07:00am to 15:00pm and PM shift which is 14:00pm-22:00pm. As a Community Nurse you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family.
