RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Administers, supports, and optimizes core processing and related applications/services to meet availability, performance, and security expectations. - Coordinates and executes configuration changes, patches, and upgrades using established change management and communication practices. - Supports onboarding and implementation of new applications and integrations, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and production readiness. - Troubleshoots incidents across applications, infrastructure, interfaces, and batch processing; partners with internal teams to drive timely resolution and root-cause prevention...
