ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Adult Enrichment at 92nd Street Y (92NY), New York, is responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the daily sales operations for adult education programs in Art, Dance, Health & Fitness, and Jewish Life. This hands-on role focuses on lead generation, enrollment management, team performance, and achieving departmental revenue targets. The Director will work closely with marketing, programming, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patron experience and program success.
