About the Role: As Principal Product Manager, Agent Platform you will define and scale the foundational platform that powers AI agents across Toast. This includes orchestration, tool integration, governance, evaluation, and observability. Your mission will be to make it easy for every product team at Toast to build, launch, and monitor high-quality AI agents while ensuring Toast IQ delivers a seamless, consistent, and trustworthy experience. This is a deeply technical, high-leverage platform role with impact across all of Toast’s products.
