Project Coordinator

Job description

M&S Engineering, LLC seeks a qualified Project Coordinator in the Utility Services Division at our New Braunfels, Texas location to perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and administration to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Qualifications: - Assist project managers with the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized. - Work with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the necessary resources are available and allocated to the project. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and project teams. Facilitate clear communication and information flow between all stakeholders. - Develop and maintain project timelines. Track milestones and deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and that potential issues are flagged early. - Assist with budget monitoring and reporting, ensuring that the project stays within financial limits.
