At Sport Alliance, we help fitness and wellness businesses scale through digital solutions. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant to lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and go-live while turning operational needs into scalable platform solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner throughout the onboarding journey — guiding customers through configuration, migration, and adoption while supporting the growth of our Spanish-speaking customer base. Your Position in Our Team: - Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases - Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs - Translate operational requirements into scalable and stable system configurations - Advise customers on platform best practices and implementation decisions - Deliver structured trainings that enable successful and independent platform adoption - Ensure high-quality implementations before go-live - Support customers during migration and hypercare activities - Collaborate closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams - Document decisions, configurations, and op...
