AIFM Investment Management Oversight Manager Dublin, Ireland Full-time Hybrid Permanent INTRO / JOB SUMMARY: CSC’s Irish-authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), provides AIFMD-compliant management company solutions to EU and non-EU alternative investment fund managers. The AIFM Investment Management Oversight Manager supports the Designated Person (DP) for Investment Management by overseeing delegated investment management activities across a portfolio of alternative investment funds (AIFs). This role focuses on investment manager due diligence, ongoing monitoring, analysis of investment restrictions and leverage, and high-quality committee/board reporting. You will work closely with investment managers, fund administrators, internal stakeholders, and senior management to ensure robust oversight aligned to the AIF’s objectives, strategy, and regulatory expectations.
