Job Overview: The Training Operations Manager will report to the Manufacturing Operations team and is responsible for managing and driving the manufacturing org staff development initiatives. This may include review and administration of new and existing training activities and programs, training needs assessments, team building events, and other organizational development goals. Duties & Responsibilities: Operator Workforce Training: - Oversee and coordinate all new hire (NH) training and other trainings delivered to direct labor workforce. - Responsible for Training Curriculum (Onboard Training, Core Training, Other Modules): - Deliver standardized training plan for all manufacturing new hires (NH). - Continue to build on job training (OJT) programs. - Partner with Process Engineering, HR, Operations Leadership, and other teams to identify and provide training modules relevant to manufacturing. - Manage and communicate training schedules to HR, training team, and hiring managers. - Schedule training assignments and ens...
