Management Trainee Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Position Summary: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. The Management Training Program is designed to hire college graduates looking for a fulfilling career with a growing company in the paint industry. The program aims to train new hires in all aspects of the paint business: operation, management, purchasing, customer service, as well as gaining knowledge of all paint products and protective coatings. Job Responsibilities: · Assisting the store manager with achieving sales goals by controlling expenses, determining inventory levels needed, and growing net contribution · Establish a strong knowledge of company products · Assist the store manager with recruiting, onboarding, and training of staff · Open and close the store · Assist customers over the phone and in the store with questions and orders regarding architectural, commercial, and industrial paint products and coating materials · Prepare orders by mixing/ tinting paint to customer’s specifications · Accurately identify and match paint colors · Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while prope...
