This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, supporting Plex ERP users, and ensuring secure, effective system performance aligned with business objectives. The Business Systems Analyst reports directly to the Director of Finance/IT . Key Responsibilities: Business Process & ERP Support: - Lead business process reviews and develop optimization strategies. - Review, optimize, and document business processes for operational efficiency. - Research, test, and implement ERP system changes and improvements. - Determine optimized ERP configurations in collaboration with users and managers. - Participate in major ERP projects, including module activation and process standardization. - Apply industry best practices to enhance company efficiency through ERP.
