Job Description: Role Overview We are recruiting a Planning BPO Divisional Lead to strengthen our Supply Chain Excellence team and support Huntsman’s ongoing operational and digital transformation. In this role, you will lead regional and global initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our Plan‑to‑Produce processes. You will drive the optimization of production planning systems, standards, and ways of working, ensuring consistent and robust deployment across sites. The successful candidate is project‑driven, structured, and analytical, with a strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. You bring solid experience in Production Planning, supported by strong SAP PP/MM expertise , or a consulting background with a focus on SAP PP/MM implementations and transformations.
