MAJOR FUNCTION: The successful intern will provide support for Revenue Cycle projects and provide support to the department with various monthly responsibilities and deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS: Certification/Licensure: - Candidates should be enrolled in a Bachelors program. - Ideal candidates would have a declared major in either Business, Accounting, Finance or Healthcare Administration-related field. - Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook required. - N/A Knowledge & Skills: - Strong writing skills, solid computer skills, problem-solving, decision making, teamwork, and time management. - Strong customer service orientation coupled with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills and communication skills. - Attention to detail. Physical Requirements: - May be required to sit for long periods. - May be required to stand for long periods of time to assist with scanning documents or pulling information from files.
