Job description

We’re looking for a Coordinator II to support our Food Retail audit operations , with wider involvement across mainland Europe. This is a back‑office, coordination‑heavy role where accuracy, organisation, and responsiveness really matter. You’ll be the go‑to person for audit tools, reporting, scheduling and day‑to‑day admin support for our retail auditor teams - helping everything run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll play a key role in keeping our retail audit business moving, including: This role has a real impact - your work directly supports auditor efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall delivery quality. - Providing administrative and coordination support to retail auditors and managers - Acting as a local point of contact for NSF audit tools , including set‑up, guidance, and troubleshooting - Creating and maintaining audit templates, client records, and facility data across systems - Reviewing, preparing and issuing audit reports - Supporting audit scheduling and invoicing processes - Producing audit and food analysis overviews (mainly in Excel) - Maintaining customer audit platform accounts (logins, access, passwords) - Acting as the link between the business...
