What You’ll Do: IPO & Financial Reporting: Lead or support S-1 preparation, including drafting and reviewing financial statements, MD&A, and footnotes in line with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations to ensure financial reporting aligns with the overall S-1 story Work closely with auditors, valuation specialists, and legal counsel to support filing and audit readiness Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation process in compliance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q post-IPO) Support non-GAAP reconciliations, key metrics reporting, and investor...
