Job Summary Ensure all the steps are completed for strapping the 640# boxes. Essential Functions: - Fill sprayer with Delvocid solution and complete Delvocid log when needed. - Be sure press board, 6 springs, top board and top iron are on cheese. - Be sure of white card stock on each side of the box for a label to stick to. - Complete delvocid tracking logs and other logsheets when needed. - Operate HMI and basic knowledge of the track system. - Place two straps on cheese block (use metal strap on Kraft) The bands should be at least 5" apart and at least 7" from the edge of the box. - Position blocks on scale and place label on block: one label on top and one label on each wide side. - Ensure boxes don't sit in one place for too long, to prevent a jam. - Fix any jams in your area and keep inverter in working order. - Contact supervisor immediately when you can't fix jam ups. - General housekeeping and at end of your shift; check your area and clean up. - Calibrate scale by placing dolly on the scale with the 1000lb weight. - Foam decking around tracks, and tracks 17-20. - Foam Inverter and scrape off all build-up. - Push dollies when not in production. - Labels printing with correc...
