A Day in the Life: We’re looking for a Capital Financing Models & Commercial Operations Enablement Principal Specialist focused primarily on capital financing solutions that accelerate growth and unlock access to Medtronic technologies. The core mission of this role is to enable competitive capital deals by designing innovative financing models and tailored commercial proposals that help customers overcome budget constraints. You will drive cross functional commercial execution across tenders, pricing and forecasting to ensure faster, more effective responses in complex capital sales cycles — directly supporting growth, SGM improvement and incremental revenue. This position strengthens Medtronic’s ability to deploy structured capital solutions in line with our broader Capital Financing strategy.
