Job description

Under direct supervision, the Quality Inspector I is responsible for, but not limited to, performing inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished product in accordance with company procedures to ensure total customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with the identification of quality problems and report to immediate supervisor - Perform final shipment audits. - Verify equipment set-up and performance. - Perform Receiving Inspection on vendor raw materials to verify conformance to LT standards. Communicate with vendors concerning quality issues. Set up and maintain inspection records as required. - Set up and maintain Inspection records of all manufactured product and tooling to demonstrate that the product meets customer requirements and all required inspections were performed. - Assists with in-process and final inspection of manufactured product as required. - Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
