We are delighted to offer a rare opportunity for a Lead Vet to work with the Practice Director to lead our Clinical Team at The Oak Veterinary Group. This is an exciting role for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to combine clinical excellence with strategic clinical leadership, helping to guide the future of a respected and well-established practice. You’ll manage a strong clinical caseload (around 75%) with leadership responsibilities, supporting and mentoring a skilled team while helping shape the future direction of the practice. The role offers real scope to influence clinical standards, team development, and overall practice growth in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
