The purpose of this role is to participate in and represent EML at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC), to proactively assist in the resolution of claims and ensure positive outcomes are maximised under direct of the IfNSW Legal Team’s Lawyers and Legal Specialists. As a DRO you will provide technical and litigation support to the claims operation teams under the direct of the Legal Team.
