Job Description – Wealth COO, NAM CG Business Execution The Senior Vice President, North America (NAM) Citigold Business Execution Lead is responsible for driving financial performance, strategic execution, and operating effectiveness for the North America Citigold business. This role partners closely with Citigold leadership to define priorities, design scalable operating models, and drive profitability through disciplined expense management, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise‑level execution. The role acts as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, translating strategy into measurable outcomes across a complex, matrixed organization while maintaining strong risk, control, and regulatory standards consistent with Citi’s policies and values.
