About the Job: Red Hat is seeking a seasoned, visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Director of User Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, resource management, organizational planning and tactical implementation of user-centric experiences across our product portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team of UX designers, researchers and engineers to understand customer and partner needs, and you will identify and plan for emerging opportunities to set the business up for future success. Success requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align UX initiatives with business objectives and ensure a cohesive end-to-end user experience strategy.
