Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

JOB PURPOSE: The Production Supervisor - Processing (2nd Shift) role includes, but is not limited to, being a proven leader who communicates and enforces Unilever's safety and quality policies and procedures along with supporting the goals of the factory/department. This person will be required to lead, coach and develop our teammates in all aspects of the production operation. They are also responsible for their personal growth and development while driving continual improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. They must also be able to think strategically and make sure that we maximize the availability and efficiency of the department. This position requires flexibility as your schedule may vary (with notice) due to vacation coverage for other supervisors and other business needs.
