Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Facilities Technician to keep our buildings, systems, and grounds in peak condition. This role combines hands-on maintenance, preventive upkeep, and vendor coordination with participation in our facility security program. Success in this role means the PDW team can operate safely and efficiently, with minimal downtime and maximum readiness. What You’ll Do: - Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facilities. - Conduct regular facility and security walk-throughs to identify repair needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues. - Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and serve as on-call support for after-hours facility issues. - Participate in facility security operations, including m...
