Role Overview The Senior Recruiter is an advanced individual contributor on Attivo’s recruiting team, focused on executing high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement across a variety of roles. This role goes deeper than the Recruiter in candidate evaluation, sourcing strategy, and pipeline management, and serves as a resource and informal coach for junior team members. The Senior Recruiter operates with greater independence and brings a sharper eye for talent, but remains focused on the candidate-facing work that drives Attivo’s hiring engine. Responsibilities: Sourcing & Pipeline Development: - Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events. - Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. - Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and develop role-specific prompt libraries to improve reach and pipeline quality. - Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building.
