What You'll Do: Own and manage the full lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, from project kickoff through final delivery and handoff, across multiple concurrent customer projects. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, milestones, and success criteria. Proactively monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
