Warehouse Team Leader - Job Number: 260840 - Full-time - Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Responsibilities: - Be accountable for the daily operations of a specific department within the warehouse as a Warehouse Team Leader in Carlsbad - Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities and functions. - Create and sustain a high-performance environment through strong leadership. - Meet and adhere to warehouse operational standards. - Ensure freight is being moved to and from the warehouse in a timely fashion. - Maintain an efficient warehouse work environment. - Manage and maintain warehouse inventory. - Allocate, supervise and distribute work amongst team members. - Provide training to team members. Skills and qualifications: - One to two years of warehouse experience. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Leadership experience preferred. - Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
