Description SUMMARY: The Service Team Leader at Black Diamond Camps are responsible to minister to the spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs of the campers in both of the Black Diamonds Service Team. The Service Team Leader supports high school students for three weeks at a time as they learn about behind-the-scenes service in a hands-on environment. Leaders lead by example, managing students as individuals and as a group while working alongside them, helping teach and mold them in their efforts to serve more like Jesus. In this 24/7 position, leaders live with students, train and disciple them, lead Bible studies and plan, organize and run activities for them. This endeavor requires a great deal of responsibility and energy, bust most of all, it is imperative that leaders have a heart for servant-leadership. All team members are expected to maintain an environment of professionalism, safety and fun. You will also assist in daily behind-the-scenes programming and work to keep camp running smoothly including cleaning, dishwashing and necessary work projects as needed.
