Description Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer: Status: Full time. This position is exempt, and not eligible for overtime. Location: Hybrid: 3-4 days weekly in office at Dweck HQ in DC. Overview: The Associate, Asset Management will be an instrumental member of the Asset Management team, helping to oversee and execute value-add strategies to enhance cash flow and maximize value for the Company’s 6,600-unit multifamily portfolio through close collaboration with the COO, Revenue Management, Property Management, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting. The Associate will provide top-notch analytical support to assist in the ongoing evaluation of asset performance and valuation, and provide periodic transactional support for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing efforts. The role is hybrid based in Washington D.C. with some flexibility for working from home.
