Berg Propulsion is now looking for a Business Manager VPRS to lead and scale the global business area Vessel Performance & Retrofit Solutions (VPRS). This is a unique opportunity to build and develop a strategically important business focused on retrofit solutions, vessel upgrades, and energy efficiency for the global fleet. In this role, the Business Manager VPRS will combine business development, commercial execution, strategy, and leadership while working closely with regional sales organisations, customers, shipyards, and internal technical teams.
