Discovery & Collection Specialist (Source Strategies Analyst) – Mid

Job description

We are seeking experienced Discovery & Collection Specialists (Source Strategies Analysts) to support a mission-critical government customer in Springfield, Virginia. Successful candidates will possess strong GEOINT collection management experience, exceptional organizational and writing skills, and the ability to collaborate across mission stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications: - Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting GEOINT collection management - MUST have current TS/SCI - Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT Community, mission focus areas, and collection management structures - Experience defining, documenting, and drafting SOPs, workstreams, best practices, or operational procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and/or similar tools - Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process - Ability to build and maintain internal and external mission partner relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities - Active TS/SCI clearance - Willingness to take a polygraph examination Preferred Qualifications: - Experien...
