Our benefits include: The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for oversight of all physical plant operations and maintenance work for multiple Vesta Communities, including staff training and evaluation, timely completion of work orders by assigned properties’ maintenance staff, timely completion of unit turns, deployment of regular and preventative maintenance programs, unit and grounds inspections, and technical assistance.
