Are you a passionate account manager, bursting with energy when in contact with customers, closing big deals and expanding customer relationships? Do you enjoy commercial challenges and are you willing to always go the extra mile? If so, you’re the account manager our B2B team is looking for! Our B2B team is in contact with customers around the world every day, each looking for an original gift for employees, clients, or associates. Your goal as an account manager is to help these customers create the ultimate gifting moment with a custom, personalized gift. What will you be doing?: You are responsible for developing sales within your markets, with a strong focus on KPIs and targets such as revenue, volume, and margin. You build and strengthen relationships with existing clients by encouraging repeat purchases and identifying upselling opportunities, increasing both loyalty and long-term value. You guide clients throughout the entire journey, from the very first contact and initial gift idea through to after-sales, where you evaluate the gifting experience together.
