Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to join Airbus in our GBS office in Lisbon. This role is responsible for the operational IT support for systems and applications in "run mode" ensuring a smooth experience to end-users. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a passion for troubleshooting with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements. Monitor and maintain critical IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Provide Tier 2/3 support to internal teams or end-users, escalating complex issues when necessary. Perform and automate routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security checks. Design, develop, and maintain internal APIs and data interfaces to integrate systems, expand product capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
