About the role: Reporting to the Design Manager, the Draftsperson plays a key role in translating user requirements and design intent into clear, compliant drawings that support pre‑construction and construction delivery. You will produce and manage 2D and 3D drawings, imagery, signage, joinery and construction plans, review documentation prepared by external consultants, and ensure all design outputs align with Lifeblood standards, regulatory requirements and project objectives.
