Job Title Cloud Platform Operations Engineer – AWS Job Description: The Cloud Platform Operations Engineer – AWS is responsible for the hands-on operation of the Imaging & Informatics cloud platform. Your role: - Ensure day-to-day operation, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and platform services with high reliability and uptime. - Work closely with Cloud Operations Readiness Lead, product engineering teams, and service organization to ensure stable production environments. - Develop expertise in AWS operations, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and monitoring , contributing to platform scalability and operational efficiency improvements . - Provision and manage AWS infrastructure and platform services , including configuration, scaling, patching, and upgrades. - Monitor environments and troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents to ensure service continuity.
