Clean Harbors is looking for a Maintenance Planner to be located out of Bridgeport, NJ . The Maintenance Planner MX is responsible for maximizing operational profit through the use of effective planned maintenance. Accountable for the daily preparation of work orders, parts availability inquiries. Schedules all maintenance in accordance with manpower and shop space availability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability. Will be required to travel up to 10% as needed. Create and manage fleet repair orders working closely with the Regional Hub Manager, Asset management, and mechanics in assigned maintenance shops. Coordinate daily with the Lead Mechanics/Branches/Mobile mechanics to schedule work into the shops. Work with Clean Harbors operational groups to target completion of fleet overdue inspections, recalls, DOT compliance, and campaigns; Follow repair process from repair creation to completion and communicate repair timeline status to all necessary parties; Track all repairs in the Clean Harbors Asset Management system...
