The The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting for Director of Life Enrichment. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical and environmental needs of the residents. Open interviews wednesday, saturday and sunday 10am-12N! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Director of Life Enrichment: - Assess resident preferences and develop a program of opportunities that are meaningful to the residents served and enhance their sense of well-being (identity, growth, autonomy, security, connectedness, meaning and joy) - Provide overall leadership to and management of Life Enrichment Associates - Coordinate a dynamic and active volunteer program - Plan, coordinate and direct a balanced program of spiritua...
