In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers. How you will contribute: You will: - Be the single point of contact for your Customer Account portfolio - Manage order flow for your Accounts on time and in full. - Review daily availability reports, attend supply meetings to understand constraints and allocations and how they impact your customers’ orders, making informed decisions to release orders. - Understand the value of Root Cause Analysis, and how this feeds into service delivery, reporting daily and weekly to Account teams and customers with product availability and service levels. Attend customer meetings when required. - Use customer data to monitor their on shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional activity.
