Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. 4/8/12 hour shifts between hours of 3:00 PM – 7:30 AM with weekend and holiday requirements. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to: - Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization. - Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. - Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.
