Job Summary: In conjunction with Director of Pharmacy plans and organizes the Pharmacy Department to ensure proper preparation, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals in conformance with legal regulations and standards of the hospital. In conjunction with the Director and the medical staff, ensures the development of programs, policies, and procedures that promote the delivery of the safe and effective use of medications and other quality pharmaceutical services.
