SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Within Integra’s Corporate Development department Integra has a Transition Management Office (“TMO”) who manage M&A integrations and divestitures. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Development Integration of this team, this position is responsible for supporting and playing a leadership role for large and complex integrations or divestitures or, at times, leading a mid-sized integration or divestiture project.
