Your Role: As the Big River Group Branch Manager - Breakwater, you will take full ownership of the commercial, operational, and people performance of our Breakwater frame and truss manufacturing site. Reporting to the Regional Manager VIC, you will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, estimating, manufacturing, yard, dispatch, logistics, and administration to deliver profitable growth, a strong customer experience, and a high-performing safety culture.
