TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a QSA S upervisor position in Decatur, IL. This is a 1st shift position (6:55am-2:55pm) and the pay is $24hr. Overall Purpose: The Supervisor trains, develops, and motivates work group members to achieve required production results, improve each individual group member's technical skills and abilities, and promote teamwork while satisfying the company's goals and needs in an effective manner. Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed with variable lengths of time and distances.
