Employment Type: Part-time (Minimum 10h/week) Location: Granville Island About the Role: Reporting to the Manager of Student Services, the Student Services Assistant is the first point of contact for our students and families, supporting registration and general inquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors, while also supporting internal teams across operations, communications, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication and registration support - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, schedules, instructors, and events - Manage data entry and customer records within the registration system - Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily operations - Open and close the facility as required - Support student needs, including bursary administration - Administer first aid when needed (training provided) - Report and respond to any safety concerns or incidents What You Bring: - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience - 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience - Experience working with children, youth, or in an educational...
