Description Position Function: Coordinate curriculum-based skills services and (crisis calls, referrals, skill-based sessions, counseling) to ensure Real Help for Real Life (RHRL) program participants receive timely, competent, caring responses from the first call to discharge. Provide ongoing supervision to direct reports ensuring that the agency philosophy and practices are implemented throughout service delivery. Represent ACH in the community. Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Licensed as one of the following: Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor or Intern (LPC or LPC-I), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate (LMFT or LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associate or Psychologist preferred. Experience: Two years of experience providing crisis intervention, intake and assessment to at-risk youth and families required. One year of supervisory experience required.
