Department: 02050 AMG ASLMC: ACS - Cardiology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Work hours are Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. Travel is required, with St. Luke’s as the primary work location. All additional clinics are within a 10‑mile radius, and mileage is reimbursed. Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 Major Responsibilities: - Adheres to Medical Assistant scope of practice, follows all policies and procedures, and maintains training and competency based on area of specialty when providing patient care. - Performs rooming/visit tasks such as vital signs, medication reconciliation, medical history, health maintenance, allergy review, and screenings (depression, suicide, falls, social drivers of health, etc.). - Assists provider with or performs procedures as ordered. - Performs lab related duties such as venipuncture, specimen collection/labeling/packing, preparation of lab orders/requisitions, and results tracking.
