Customer Service Rep (Manufacturing)

Job description

Candidates who apply for this position must have some experience working in a manufacturing environment. Job Summary: Receive and process incoming orders for overhead doors/parts/merchandise. Generally receives orders via phone, fax, or email. Overflow duties include informing customers of receipt, prices, shipping dates, delay and preparing quotes. Responsibilities: ​​​​​​​Qualifications/Education Other Skills and Key Competencies: Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines. Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Detail oriented and recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems. Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
